We’re a small independently family-run café tucked away in the charming historic market town of Pickering in North Yorkshire. Our café was born during the quiet days of lockdown, when we all needed a little comfort and connection, we didn’t know what the future would hold – we just knew we wanted to be here, sharing honest home-made food and a warm welcome.

What started as a few hot brews, and some ‘makes and bakes’ shared with locals has grown into a warm, welcoming café offering good food, good coffee and good company.

We believe in simple things done well: fresh, locally sourced ingredients, dishes made from scratch and a genuine love for what we do. Every sip, slice and smile here is made with care – from our family to yours.

We’ve poured our hearts into creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels welcome, so whether you’re a local popping in for your morning coffee or a visitor exploring our lovely town, thank you for supporting our little family dream.
