Timm family butchers is run by husband & wife Chris & Lisa Timm, and a small dedicated team. We opened just under 3 years ago, it was the next step in our farming career to take our own high-quality beef and lamb direct to the consumer, reared on our farm located just 2 miles from the shop. Rented from The Dutchy of Lancaster who shares our passion to supply high quality, local, sustainable food at an affordable price.
We also buy where needed, other animals from local Yorkshire markets selected by ourselves in our passion to supply only Yorkshire meat in a Yorkshire shop to local residents and tourists alike this includes all chicken products sourced from Nidderdale poultry at Pateley bridge & Herb fed chicken at Easingwold in the hope of making a complete fully traceable supply chain securing our future in agriculture.
We have invested in our deli to enable us to make and bake all our own fresh meat pies, sausage rolls quiches and cooked meats. A large range of ready meals are made using our own meat and vegetables supplied from our greengrocers next door, it’s our quest for people to benefit from our high-quality meat in an ultra-convenient way no matter how busy life gets.
